You have an understanding of organisational / behavioural psychology principles, as well as business, leadership and team principles.
You’re educated to degree level, ideally in a Business, Organisational or Behavioural related subject… Or, perhaps you’ve undertaken extra-curricular learning in these fields.
You’re emotionally intelligent, with a track record of building enduring relationships and working collaboratively.
People describe you as a responsive communicator with good organisation and time management skills. You write clearly and succinctly, with the ability to engage and influence.
You take responsibility for completing work to a high standard and are known for your keen eye for detail.
You think creatively and unconventionally, taking the initiative to get things moving.
You’re also curious, open to learning, and unafraid to ask questions. You value and act on constructive feedback.
